Summary: Spoilers for Supernatural 5x01 "Sympathy for the Devil" and K-Ville 1x01 "Pilot" and 1x06 "AKA". Sarah was supposed to be a means to an end for Quentin, but she gets inside his defenses and the 'Nick' mask he wears for her becomes more real than reality—and then one of his old rivals from New Orleans catches up to him.

NOTES: My first fic for K-Ville and not the last even though the show might not survive the strike. Any hoo, even though on the show these two characters rarely interact, I think they are hot and would be even hotter together.

Okay, it's only a few more days until Halloween and I know it's a little late getting started but we're going to do a Halloween fanfiction challenge. Maybe it'll get our little community jumpstarted a little. And don't panic...YOU ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO WRITE ANYTHING. Only if you want to or maybe you have some ideas you'd like to post and see if somebody else will write about them. And comment on the stories, that's always wonderful for a writer.

1. Your story has to have something to do with Halloween.

2. Your story has to be about characters from the K-Ville series, one of the characters or the whole cast, whoever you want to write about.

3. Your story can be scary, silly, funny, romantic, sexy, informative, AU, whatever you can think of. It can be set in the present time or in the past or future.

4. Your story can be very short (paragraph) to very long (chapters) or anywhere else in between, that's your choice.

5. Label everything...mostly that means a rating and warnings if necessary. It can be anything from G to NC-17.

6. Put your story behind an LJ cut, if you aren't familiar with that just ask and I'll show you.

7. The challenge begins now and continues to whenever...we'll still read it if it's not posted until after Halloween.

Halloween in New Orleans used to be pretty spooky but fun, probably still is.
